General requirements:
Basic English knowledge;
Clean recent any kind of punishment history;
Registered for at least 1 month on the server;
Active, mature & experienced with samp bugs;
K/D >1.0, Minimum 1000 exp., 10 hours in-game playing;
Should have no objection to add the [WmE] tag to their in-game name;
Good weapon, racing or stunting skills (high experience with cbug/2-shot is an advantage).
