Most of these bugs are old and just taken for granted by everyone, but there are also some "new" ones.
1.
Description (in few words):
Race redo command (/vr) can be used by everyone.
What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible:
After the race starts all the players are able to vote for race redo, even those who are not in race.
Steps to replicate (if possible):
Vote for race redo when you are not in race (race must start).

(Panos was the only one racing and he didn't vote for redo)

Description (in few words):
Housecar doesn't get removed from gwar.
What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible:
If you drive a housecar into gangwar it doesn't disappear. You get kicked out of the car, but you can sit back in.

Go to other's gang territory, spawn housecar, attack territory.
