Auto-enable hydraulics in /ctf

Basically the title says it all. Auto-enable hydraulics upon joining the ctf and when respawning, it's a pain (not really but still) to type /hyd each time you spawn!

This is the first time I've heard that anyone uses /hyd in CTF. But if more experienced CTF players use it, then it must be beneficial.
A much more tedious problem is that the radio switches to Radio Los Santos upon every respawn. Radio Los Santos is the default radio station for Infernus (yes, in GTA SA, each vehicle has its own default radio station). This doesn't happen in any other minigame.

Using /hyd in CTF is a huge advantage. You can even shoot people who're happily flying from a ramp or annoyingly camping inside a tunnel when you have hydraulics on. Not many use it but that's probably because they don't know that hydraulics can be enabled inside the minigame..

It's pretty annoying to type /hyd each time we die (since deaths are pretty recurring in CTF) so I guess this must be implemented soon, just like hydraulics was enabled by default in Stunt Wars.
