Description: Time in minutes more than 59 in /mytime can be inputted.
What is happening?: You can input more than 59 minutes in /mytime command. Instead the server should show an error saying that we cannot input more than 59 minutes in the minutes place in /mytime.
Steps to replicate: 1)Use /mytime 6:69. You can place any other number greater than 59 in place of 69.
2)You will see that the system takes it and does not show any error.
