What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible: In the menu, under the Help category, the first link is labeled FAQ. It links to https://www.sf-se.net/faq, which opens the front page instead. I also manually went to https://www.sf-se.net/help/faq. That address opened an empty page (see screenshot below).
