here are all the things you got to do
1 right click on desktop
2 click on nvidia control panel its the same with amd cards
3 make shure you have the gpu drivers or this wont work
4 click on manage 3d settings
5 program settings
6 chose gta sa on program to customize
6 on specify settings for this program find vertical sync
7 click on the off and select on
8 do the same setup for gta iii and gta vice city
9 hope this helps
