Try to use 0.3.7 R3, your current version is a very old one.

The reason it crashes can also be because of your gta sa exe version or you would have access to the game and it would tell you that your samp version doesn't match with the server's one.

Try downloading samp 0.3.7 version or something over that and download gta sa 1.0 and replace it with your current one.
