Im experimenting with modding audio for a few hours, I'd like to share my progress to receive feedback and suggestions.
How to instal:
Unzip the downloaded mod with folder tree into the modloader map in your game directory.

Example:
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
└ modloader
└ Sounds
└ Audio
└ GENRL
└ Bank_137
└ sound_015.wav
If for some reason it doesn't work, check the modloader.log for issues.
