Speed zones

Hey!

I had an awesome idea earlier, basically 'speed zones' you enter a point on the map which would be a zone, and you attempt to get a high speed, there'd be a start and end point with say a 1 mile radius.

I like it but i don't think it is possible /sb and infernus ftw.

I believe such zones would not make sense as you can boost yourself with personal vehicle speed boost ANYWHERE, ANYTIME and AT ANY POWER.

Thus I go with -1.
