Description (in few words): According to cawfee's latest changelog entry at server updates (2020 May 06 as of now), DM vehicles (Hunter, Hydra, Rhino etc.) can not be spawned anymore. However, they still appear to be a VIP feature displayed at /VIP and the website here. It's deceptive for those who are willing to donate to become a VIP, and see that the feature doesn't exist anymore.
What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible: This is not a bug involving game or feature mechanics, therefore not much is happening. The description explains it all.
Steps to replicate (if possible): I can not test it myself, but if you are a VIP you can try /v rhino for example. Then check the popup at /vip in the game and this link on the website.
