We're actually working on "sub-culture" management at the moment. Recently we have gotten Stunt management and Race management is being set up still. They will be in charge of everything race related. Hopefully this soothes your mind.

Community management I think we should appoint community management. This means appointing a council for swar, dm and races. Those people get the final say in whatever happens in those communities. Regarding new races, new stunts and possibly new maps for /dm. I think this is a key opportunity...

Like I said in chat yesterday, I think it's a great idea to visualize the vehicle used in races. But I don't think there's a need to make /vr even more accessible

That really derogates those who have no interest in gangs. I for one am really only on the server for the /swar and use goldpots to waste time in between. I don't have a lot of knowledge about the gangs, but if it interferes with the stunters, i'd say make it no apply to it.
