It's quite nice to have a forum like that,but it still needs rules.
For example
(Keep in mind this is just an example) :
-1) Don't choose a similar name to a user's. (to avoid impersonation)
-2) Name mustn't contain slang and/or be offensive.
-3) Name musn't include some tags that can be mistaken with a staff/donator. (Such as [ADMIN]/[VIP],same goes with in-game name)
-1) When posting,make sure you have a reason to.
-2) Don't make useless posts or one-word posts. (Such as '+1' or 'xD')
-3) Don't post links that include viruses.
-4) English is our preferred language,so please post in english.
And etcetera.....
