Gang Titles

As you all know we a a little ReTaRdEd (and not just in name either) and we have rather unusual titles for our members. The problem is that the current owner (we share) has to be called 'owner' and not Watermelon Polisher, Budgie Insulter etc. Can this be rectified, or does the current owner have to be 'owner'?
