SERVER [SUGGESTION] Top CP Delays

Suggestion: Show checkpoint delays from the #1 record in race. This can be toggled using /topCPDelays. The label will be the same as the current CP delays from the #1 position racer except that there will be "HS: " added before the time. Example: "HS: +3.01". HS stands for High Score.

Advantage: Enables the player to know where the player could do better.

Your suggestion is good in theory. But there's one major obstacle: saving all the checkpoint times for records. We could do this in the future, but past records don't have this info saved anywhere, as far as I know.

It will definitely be nicer to race and see where the race record got better then you and improve yourself. I like that
