UCP Label

Description: The UCP forum shows wrong information about overhead label.

What is happening?: The last lines in the UCP states that players with above 50 hours online time can use label. But only VIPs and admins can use label.

Steps to replicate:
1)Go to sf-se.net/ucp/preferences.
2)Scroll down all the way to the bottom.
3)Read the last lines.

Additional information that may be useful:

I think there is nothing wrong with enabling/disabling 3D label from UCP, labels get automatically disabled in-game after your VIP subscription expires or something like that, but still the same should be made on UCP also.
