Description (in few words): UCP prefferences are bugged.
What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible: You cant turn off /Speedboost and /bounce from prefferences&settings menu , it says "Value must be greater than or equal to 1" , Also if your "sb" and "bounce" are already turned off in game you wont be able to change other prefference settings too , you gotta set "sb" & "bounce" on "1+" to do it and its not so comfortable imo.
Steps to replicate (if possible): Goto UCP > prefferences and set "sb" or "bounce" on "0" after it try to update settings.
