1.) What difference would it make? Whether they are removed from the race or they are kept in the race after exiting they would still suffer the same receive the same outcome and lose, it's not like they would gain anything from exiting their vehicle. I think I would only agree if they affected...

I agree with most of your suggestions apart from the last one. The word 'hacker' or 'cheater' can be used in different types of context, not everyone should be warned for using it. I think a message should be displayed each time these words are used whether in context or not, but the word itself...
