Did you notice that all 3 of these turfs are named "Unnamed territory"? Therefore the Espada captured these turfs when they were neutral. Since all of these turfs have been owned by other gangs in the last few days, that means the Espada made them neutral without a real war first and then captured them without opposition. How fair such action is, is up to you to judge.

The Espada was fighting other gangs tbh, but there was no much competition. So we got bored and we all went our own ways.
