In Lithuania people every year hold social event "LETS DO IT". During the event people go into streets/parks and clean up all rubbish/waste they find to make our cities looking great and clean again. I made a short tutorial what you have to do to make san fierro looking better.
Step 1: Pick up the rubbish
Step 2: Throw to water
Step 3: enjoy clean streets
