You are completely correct that the /bf interior is used in a GTA San Andreas mission, but this isn't really a reason that it shouldn't be put to good use.
We have used this map for a long time (forever? I don't know exactly) and I know it's still one of the most popular DM areas we have, and for good reason, it's big enough to snipe, yet small enough to engage in other weapons such as sawnoff / deagle and has areas that players can take cover. I don't really see any need to change it, and I suspect this feeling is shared by other members of the community since it has been 2 weeks since you posted this thread and there have been no votes to support your idea.
As such, this suggestion is being denied, but feel free to create future suggestions, of course
