Forum name colours

Moderators, admins, head admins and owners should have a different colour in my opinion, as opposed to all of them being red.

Thanks for suggesting - I've gone ahead and matched the colours up with those from Discord.

We have three forum themes, and whilst the colours aren't perfect, I think they're as good as they're going to get in order to keep them distinguishable, but at the same time, readable.

Red = Server Owner
Dark green = VIP
Light green = Moderator
Purple = Administrator
Orange = Head Administrator
