Description (in few words): House Car Teleport is bugged

What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible: someone stole my house car and when i spawned my car again i teleported the player and the car to me.

Steps to replicate (if possible): Spawning the house car when someone is driving it.

Hi and thanks for filing a report.

This, however is not a bug. When you execute that command it teleports the vehicle for you. That player was driving it at the time and due to the way SA-MP synchronization works, they were teleported as well. Please note, the previous driver is ejected from the vehicle and you are put into the driver's seat.
