I think we all get such intrusive thoughts from time to time, but I don't think SFSE's forum is the place for such discussions to take place.

I'm sure there are members here who would be able to talk to you, but that should be done in private.

Alternatively there are many specialist charities that provide free support for such matters that you can always turn to.
