Just a more simple suggestion

Well with the Anti Command flooding, you type 2 commands in one second (Not precise but let's assume) and you'll get your commands blocked for 30 seconds. I sometimes get a massive lag which gets my ping high,and I've typed some commands,it executes them so fast which blocks my commands. It'd be better if it just sends a message to the user who's suspected to be flooding like 'Please wait before using another command' or whatsoever you feel like.

(I don't know if this is a bug or a suggestion so feel free to move it)

The anti-command flooding is activated when more than one command is executed in a third of a second. Be patient!
