What options does the gang owner have and what can he do with gang ?
Because later I want to create gang.

Gang owner can do anything such as:
Change gang's name
Change gang's color
Set ranks, their name, level
Give permission to other players
Transfer ownership to other player
Of course to invite and kick players

Anything else you would like to know?

In the future I plan on giving gang owners the ability to do all of the above from the gang control panel of the site.
