I think that would be fun to have /hug, /kiss and /hs (handshake) to cheer a player (e.g.: when they come online) 

It's up to admins if these commands are for everyone or for admins only

Those commands are nothing but ordinary animation commands so I don't see any point in making them admin commands. However, I think it's unnecessary to add them, especially for the purposes you've mentioned above.

I wasn't referring to animations, but something like this:

/hug 12

And then a message in the chat appears to everyone "Simplex hugged Mickey11!"

Well those are animations,so it doesn't really matter if we have em or not. 

Wouldn't it look like RP with that message appearing to everyone? Duh

I don't know about anyone else but I already have to speed read the text just to keep up! Adding extra text, to me at least, wouldn't be a positive thing!
