Speed Boost Problem

Description (in few words): /speedboost 1.4 don't work anymore.

What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible: If you will try to type or use the command /speedboost 1.4 Error will appear but, the error says available multiplier is (1.1-1.4)
just like this one.


Steps to replicate (if possible): Just type /speedboost 1.4 then Error will appear.

There's a limit to that bypass: /sb 1.3999999 is allowed, but /sb 1.39999999 (one more 9) isn't. /bounce has a similar bug, at /bounce 1.8. Also, to me, it's a bit confusing that the standard speedboost is 1.3 while the maximum is 1.4 and the standard bounce is 1.3 while the maximum is 1.8.
