UCP - Best deathmatchers

Why not the remove this players from "Best deathmatchers"?

Most of them didn't join again after registering and most of them are banned for cheating.

Why not to make "Best deathmatchers" with kills like in /top?

Done! I have now changed https://sf-se.net/stats to display the Best deathmatchers using number of kills, just like in-game.
