Various minor bugs/typos

Description (in few words): there is /rob and /arrest animes in /anims list but actually these are commands used in CnR minigame - not animes.

Description (in few words):
1) 1st and 4th dots are duplicates, one of them should be removed.
2) Also missing information about capturing undefended (when ends 0:0) territories (+5).
3) In first sentence below the list noun "dues" is in plural form thus I bet "are" should be used afterwards.

/gang > second row "MEMBERS (COUNT total)" shows one member less than gang actually has. Actual amount of members can be seen at /gang > statistics > members.

by default players are not allowed to change vehicles in races however command /v can still be used any time in race. I suppose it should be blocked.

Description (in few words):
Bugged gang zone pickup at certain circumstances

Steps to replicate (if possible):

1) enter any biz (not important whose)
2) teleport to any of your gang zones via gang menu
3) move on gang zone pick-up. This teleports you back to biz entrance you entered before.

I assume here gang zone pick-up stands for exit pick-up from biz.

1.) Fixed!
2.) A: Not duplicates, the first dot is referring to /gangwar while the fourth is referring to turf wars. I have added clarification, though. B: The reward is removed in the next update, so will not matter. C: Sorted .
3.) Fixed! The amount shown in /gang is the correct count.
4.) This is actually intended. In races where no required vehicle is set players are free to swap vehicles at any time, however they are not able to if a required vehicle is set.
5.) Nice find, fixed!
